Establishing a Program of Change

Haploos has been engaged to help establish a program of change designed to encourage a culture of health and safety as we implement an enhanced process linked to an Operational Integrity Management System. Together with our client, we've completed a series of assessments which has led us to be able to begin implementation in January 2012 in a logistically diverse organization. This is an exciting time for us as we help our client drive sustainable change within their organization.
