Implementing a Personnel Competency and Training Program

Haploos is collaborating with our client to implement a Personnel Competency and Training Program to support their Operational Integrity Program. Successful implementation will strengthen the development of procedures and processes that improve competency development and training for our client's leaders and staff. Haploos is eager to complete the discovery phase of this project and bring together the fundamental pieces of this vital program to support our client's operational teams.
