Inspiring and Leading Change

Haploos has been engaged to help inspire and lead change as our client is beginning a large start up in the Ft. McMurray Oil Sands area. The project will promote operational integrity through the foundational element of leadership. This is an exciting project to be a part of, particularly with the client having the opportunity to determine the look and feel of their culture. Haploos is fortunate to be a champion in helping our client define and implement on those desired behaviors to promote a culture of integrity, accountability, health and safety.
